I have noticed EasyRPG seems to be putting the text box on top of the screen instead of the bottom. Unsure why this is happening, noticed it blocks some stuff like the UI option previews.
Hi! Thanks for trying out the game. That does seem like a strange issue. I recreated the issue myself and it seems to be an easyRPG quirk.
However, I have been able to fix the issue. You can check out the latest version of the game (1.1.4 or later) and you should not see this issue any more.
Do keep in mind that at some points in the game, the textbox is supposed to be at the top, so don't worry about those moments. However, regular text, such as that for the UI LIST, should display normally now.
