That was very fun to play! At first I thought the waves would do like a ramp to send me even higher, I was so wrong aha!
I don't know if it's because of the web version, but the air time felt quite long sometimes, and reaching the finish line didn't do anything.
Except that, I really liked the idea and gameplay. Graphics are very nice as well and the music is addictive. Very well done!

The issues you noticed are (unfortunately) all features rather than bugs atm haha. We ran out of time and didn’t get to everything we hoped to (which included tuning the jump physics more, adding an end screen after the finish line, and changing the waves from obstacles to ramps based on similar playtest feedback).
It’s valuable to hear that those things felt absent/off to you as a player, too. The winds were blowing us in the right general direction, even if our boat didn’t quite make it over the last few waves lmao.
