This is hard to review. On the one hand, the controls are solid for a racing game. But it doesn't seem have anything to do with the jams theme and you haven't linked the git. You could have made collectables or done some races so the game had more of a target. Feedback when crashing would have been nice. Also, shouldn't really use music you don't have the rights to. You do you, it's your game, i'm just saying there's plenty of free game music out there.
