Oh, sorry, I was thinking of a different quest! For this one, you can use hand of fire on the Eye, and it will trigger the next part (there are some hints about how the Eye behaves that should help point players in this direction, if I remember right). Also, I forgot to say this, but remember that there is a walkthrough for the game (it's also linked in the game's folder). Simply find the quest's name (or use CTRL+F to search for the term you want), if you need something for a specific quest or event.
