What else are you seeing broken? I haven't heard or seen any other issues side from other users around this yet. You're not using incognito mode by any chance are you? I'm digging in to find any issues!
I'm just on normal Chrome. It might've been because I had the relic that increases my number of balls, but when I went back into the game it lets me drop an extra base ball despite it having been a special one before I went to the menu.
Yeah I found the bug, quitting and resuming would clear all your relics from inventory but the effects of them persisted, good find! Working on a fix for that now and looking for other save/load bugs. Thanks for digging in!
