I get a kick out of using things like word choice and flow and such when I'm writing so that it feels kinda fun (and occasionally quirky) to read, but I never really know if people actually enjoy that or not or just get annoyed at my writing style 😆
Thank you for the kind words about the art and characters, too. It makes me so happy to hear that you've enjoyed the story so much are are excited about where it will go. Indeed, though it didn't get very dark yet, the path they are on will quickly start spiraling. But I wanted everyone to have some fun getting to know the characters first and laugh with them a bit before I dive into the horrors lol.
