What is the "structure" of the game? What I mean is will there be character routes with specific ending or will there be a harem ending?

There is one main linear story-line, with slight deviations and changes based on your choices. You can have spicey moments with a lot of the guys, or choose not to. You don't necessarily have to go with any specific character. It's a story game following along with the first few days of Sam staying at this new place and what transpires during that time. (Hopefully that answers your questions but please feel free to ask another if it doesn't. The demo will be out later this month so that might give a better feel!
