Well I am using Win10 64-bit
You will need to create and load profile first. Once there is loaded profile click Play Game(give it some time to load)
Works fine for me on win10.
If that not help i dunno, might be your antivirus interfering, corrupted download file or something.
Could you tell what exactly happening?(are you getting some error messages, game crashing etc)
