Asuka wants to buy Kana restaurant so she can ban Reiko from eating there. Since her restaurant does well (thanks to Masuo) she is reluctant to sell it to Asuka. But since Masuo didn't help Kana's she sells it to first offer that comes her way that being Kunio. It's a scenario that was gonna unfold in Magic Ring game.
Three reason why people hate Masuo. First, he fucks Tsukiko and all other character Taichi can't sleep with. Second, he is my favorite character so he become default hated character for any one who hates me. And third reason is absurd but funny. About an year ago I received an email asking if Masuo is a self insert. The source of this information was as usual F95. Well it's not true. Whole Magic Ring game was conceptualize after I watched an erotic anime where a group of 4 girls work on erotic manga and a boy is introduced to their group. You will find Aoi's scenarios kind of plays out like the black haired girl. Initially she was suppose to make Masuo her assistant but later I changed the plot to make him game developer and work under Mei when it was first shown to public. During development of HTA I again changed the plot completely and made it a magic laptop that can change everything Masuo desires. Thus, in game world he was suppose to be creator of HTA and LSH but that would have been a monumental task to give player such option so I stuck back to original ring plot.
