the planning of dlc before the game is finalised is a little worrying. while some stuff is understandable hearing ideas like combos or small transformations being locked behind a paywall makes me a little uneasy. the paywall itself also concerns me because we don't know the base games price let alone the dlc. not trying to be rude i just want some transparency because the modern gaming market sucks dick.

we don't plan on doing any dlc, it's just an idea. we want to focus on the core content before branching out into other stuff. it's mainly a joke, but the idea is: if we section off areas of content like "twinning" or "innanimate TFs" and save those for potential DLCs, we can save ourselves a bit of work for now while still paying heed to everyone's requests. Ideally, we can save nicher fetishes (that not everyone is into) for their own content packs after we finish the main game. if you aren't into innanimate TFs for example, you don't have to get the pack they come in, or have to pay for them as a part of the core game. it's mainly a way for our team of 2 devs to put off content until we have our core premise finished lol.

whenever we say "that's something we'd save for a DLC" we basically mean it falls outside the intended scope of the MASSIVE workload we've already set for ourselves.

understandable but you still havent answered what these hypothetical dlcs would be priced at. if theres going to be dlc for a lot of niche fetishes as you say that could end up being very expensive. again not an insult im just tired of games selling a million dlcs that cost the same price as the base game. im sure you can relate lol

we have no way of knowing that right now lol. it'll depend on how long it takes us to do and how much it costs us to publish.

also reasonable. you understand my concerns though yes?
