Can someone please help me?
I've been trying to buy the DLCs for two days and I simply can't. After entering my card information, the site says I will receive both the PC and Android DLC downloads, and then it says nothing. I receive nothing, nothing appears in my email or on my card statement/invoice. I would appreciate a response.
Sorry if you've been having any issues! If you made the purchase successfully, you should see your purchased items in your library. You can find that by clicking on your username in the top right corner of itch and looking for "My Library". If nothing showed up there, they might have been some issue with the payment being processed. Let me know if that worked, and if not, we can look further. Thanks so much for being here!
