I think that initially the string orchestration feels very bottom heavy and a little like moving chords, but at 0:47, you can hear the strings each take their own line and the voice leading sounds more organic. I really like the spiccato section in the middle as it changes the mood and the pacing and functions to help keep the momentum of the song moving forward. The final section of the song is layered quite nicely and I really love the violin melody at this point at 2:30.
