The plan is for no DLC, not expansions, at least not in the feasible future. There are 3 plans for what the next side project will be, which will be announced after the break period after Starmaker's Steam release. So, it's unlikely to see an expansion in the near future, although one of the possible next projects would be a starmaker spinoff (not the same characters not at peak city) but that remains to be a maybe.
