What's your MC's strongest value? It can be something they have to have (like seeing their goals through to the end even if they fail) or something they'd never do (like never supporting companies with a certain harmful value). It's a bit open ended, so I'll start.
Maki hates most when a person takes their own problems and drags them onto someone else. When I say "drag," I mean in a forceful way, like a bully harassing people because their home life sucks. He sometimes avoids talking about his issues since he's afraid of doing this.
Cassie has to be able to help you no matter what you're going through. It can be some grand solution or just listening, but she has to be able to contribute to your life in some meaningful way. "You can't help me" is essentially her kryptonite.
Xander will always be straightforward about how he sees someone, negative or... begrudgingly positive. Now, this doesn't mean he knows how to act on it, but he hates complex relationships, especially because he feels conflicted about his parents either not being or struggling to be a part of his life.
