for weeks I have been trying to play it, but every time I click new game, the game remains on an eternal black screen, so I cannot play it in any way, I have tried to give it permission in the firewall but nothing changes and it is impossible to play it, is there any other alternative to be able to enjoy the game? :(

sorry this is so late, i did not have access to troubleshooting tips, if anything i hope the issue did resolve itself. if not, is it possible i could ask for your pc's specs and what OS (and version) you're running?
you could try adding the game to steam (bottom left button that says "add a game", then press "add non steam game" if you're not sure how to do that). this isn't an issue i know how to replicate despite it happening to two people now, so i'm not entirely sure :(
