Masuo's expressions should be normal with no eyes. For the ladies a smile or just blank expressions would do.
630x500 is the recommended one. You can go with anything of this aspect ratio like 1260x1000 and so on... And the font is October crow.
And the gem color tint? Aura around them? Like a tinted color with low opacity covering them?
It came to my mind now, maybe their color glowing from where their hearts are?
