Weirdly the game does work properly on my other system:
CPU Ryzen 9 7900
GPU: Powercolor Red Devil RX7900XT
Ram: 32GB
Mobo: TUF X670E-Plus

Both systems are complete overkill for the game, and should be able to run it just fine, so it even baffles me of why it wouldn't run the game properly on one of my systems.
I could test it out on my laptop (Asus ROG X13), to see if it has issues as well.
