Yes, there is a bug. I am facing the same problem. To share what is happening on my side, I made a short video so you can perhaps figure out what happened. :) I will say that I am holding down space and not letting go.

Thank you for letting me know as I never seemed to have encountered this bug on my tests. Unfortunately the link to your video playthrough keeps coming up with "this link is invalid." If you can could you please possibly send it another way? I will definitely look into your suggestion, and fix it for future builds.
