For steam I'll need to wait until the whole game is completed, it's now forbidden to do early access for mature games or to add nsfw content through updates.
As for the sex, the more you do it with some NPCs the better your reputation. And in later updates I'll add leveling to the character so Flint will build resistance agaisnt certain type of damages!!
