Thank you for playing and I appreciate your feedback. Yes! It needs tuning. I see why no game use this sort of rotational "physics"; not being able to define a corkscrew in terms of x and y. I could have flattened the globe and ended up with Striker, but wanted to go for something new with the looping, darkness, and potential multiplayer/multirocket.
You may be indifferent to know I have now implemented optional capturing of debris, auto-harpoon.

My wrists got tired, the hour was late. I was aiming for a stupidly simple 2 or 3 button game until feature creep meant it became 2 or 3 per craft. And then it was Sunday.
Totally valid concern. It plays more like how I planned it now, with debris tending more to collisions the closer to earth it gets, which is kinda ironic when you think the radius shrinks there.
