Well I thought that the leader of the followers would be smart enough to hide their true motives. I might be a little delusional in thinking this though. I mean, it makes sense to me. She is trying to get on the crowns good side so she gets to know some inside information (if i was their leader, id be doing that).

Then again, I recognize how miniscule the possibility is but isn't that how plot-twists work. Tell me, if your friends found out the answer to a generational puzzle, that you too have been obsessed with, won't you feel hurt when they don't tell you? She might have just started out as a member, who knows?

Contradicting my own logic however, the story does mention that the crowns father met with her before he died, so that is another valid point proving my theory wrong. But it would be cool to see such dynamic in the story.
