Outside of the first requests for kissing progress which can be kind of just added around, the others are no/ heavily unlikely.
Getting to the master bedroom is tied to the status of progress of the relationship between Anna and Josef so it would need rewriting of how is handled, which is not to be done at this stage when there's only a couple updates left. There are no plans to add heavy "cuckhold" scenes BUT there are plans to fix the issue where if Josef stays at home, but Anna is not being shared you basically only lose scenes.
This changes to be added include solo versions of the events only available while Josef is at home (like the hiking trip) and solo events for when Josef stays but is not on a share basis.
Do have in mind this are changes that are not a 100% guaranteed to happen but have pretty good chances.
