A1 : Build the greenhouse, go to the Farm buy seeds and grow them. Sunflowers take 15 days to grow. A2 : Chop 30 woods. Go to frontyard. Help the mysterious merchant. Go to see the merchant every sunday. (later update will signal when it's sunday. For now, just do (number of current day)/7 => if the result is a full number without decimal point, then you are sunday. Or just check everyday.
