I originally planned for a level selection feature but unfortunately I was running out of time and ended up prioritizing visuals and getting multiple difficulties up. I was only able to get the one cut scene out because drawing was taking too long as well, we originally planned for some more sadly.
I understand what you mean by slippery platformers as I didn't add coyote jump to that player controller, there are like 3 different character controllers so it was a bit hectic to refine all of them.
