We honestly do not and at this rate there is still no guarantee the mod tools will ever release.
We have pretty much completed the mod editor. Only thing remaining are the tutorial documentation, and most crucially, Epic Games' approval to distribute it.
That is unfortunately the hardest part... Epic Games seemed to have changed their policy on 'supporting' mod tools. Their EULA has become a confusing mess regarding specifically that.
