why don't I have access to patreon items?

I have the same issue. After a certain point the button to enter the patreon code disappears. I think we have to wait until after the next update.

What do you mean? there are no patreon "items".

But there are scenes. And those are in the top right of the screen. Unless there are new ones I am unaware of?

Are you at then end of the content? If so, youll have to wait until there is more content for Tamoe. I cant use mine either.
