Hiii!! I’ll make a constructive comment. The game itself is not bad (is indeed fun, but very short). In my experience playing and making videogames, the core concepts are:

Graphic design. The background need to be less complicated to “read”. Try to use some free assets in Itch.io for create some dream-like scenary. Maybe some Parallax (optional) and ready.

Music and sfx. The music is too repetitive. There’s a lot of free resources in itch.io and in internet to use. Also sfx. In this type of games are essential. Sfx (and vfx also) bring a game to a new life and improve the experience.

Intro and story, and controls info. Maybe a few lines, maybe an animation… But something to put the lore to the player.

The attack animation is cool, bro, but if you are walking the attack soon gets behind the player. You need to fix this.

Of course, more levels, power-ups, puzzles, etc. Game Desing is key.

I really love the player sprite. Need more polishing, but the death animation is SUPERBE hehehe. Also the enemy. There’s no sfx or vfx but you know when are hurtin an enemy because they “jump”.

The story. There’s not much info, but with a good intro text maybe you can improve this part.
