It's a relatively usual situation, Windows thinks it's a virus cause there's no license in the game files and these licenses cost money - ultimately as much as I don't guarantee there's no virus, normally it's just a false positive
Usually there is a button on the pop up that will then show you the button to install it anyways, might be different with you but thats how it is for me
