Turnip Man will come back when I make the next costume update. If you want him in the current version:
* go to the beta, go to media/characters/guest_junrao
* copy the folder Mesh2
* rename it Mesh99 and paste it into the media/characters/guest_junrao folder of the full release
* open the file config.txt inside it
* make sure there is the line #AVAILABLE_FROM_START 1
