Yes of course, in both. It's a pixel art based pack (Isometric).
I saw your 3 other comments on Voxel Cyberpunk Characters, Voxel RPG Characters and Weapons and Voxel Horror movie Characters. These are 3D based packs (Voxel), so they will be compatible with godot natively but for aseprite you'll have to get the source pack, and extract the iso pixel art files.
