Positives: Waiver is very funny, the newspaper mechanic for relevancy of jokes is neat, also telling jokes is fun, unique language style, also enjoyed the ending image.
Constructive: On a second playthrough it was a little difficult to tell what changed, I think it was the order the jokes were in.
