I saw on the authors tumblr that there are 6 different outcomes 3 for the breakout from the dungeon and 3 for the breakout from the prison. 

If the prisoner breaks out from the palace dungeons:

1. Ezo gets a minor injury but she and Scholar Yekbûn are otherwise unharmed, in the best case scenario.
2. Ezo gets her arm broken and Scholar Yekbûn gets minor injuries, in the middle outcome.
3. Ezo gets severely injured and Scholar Yekbün is assassinated, in the worst case scenario.

If the prisoner breaks out from the city prison:

1. Two prison guards get minor injuries but they and everyone else are otherwise unharmed, in the best case scenario.
2. A tew prison guards and several civilians are injured, in the middle outcome.
3. Two prison guards and several civilians are killed, in the worst case scenario.

That’s why I thought I’m missing something. Because no matter what I do I always get the worst or middle outcome. But thank you anyway :)
