As someone who has visited the real life location my first impressions were, well let's just say you've got to do a lot more custom buildings and actually add the tracks in for the railroad. A lot of the buildings by the Strasburg Railroad are all wrong. Plus you've got a solo complex where the Railroad museum of Pennsylvania is supposed to be.
Also when I started working with the mower for some reason my fps dropped to an unplayable level when the vehicle was in motion.

The railroad doesn't nessicarily need to be usable but it should at least look like the real thing
