Big fan of how there's times where the percussion almost becomes part of the soundscape, can't put it anymore clearly than that but there's a couple of bits where the percussion clipped in a way that made it slip perfectly into that sounds design layer, was great.

The percussion was the element I was worried about in this track actually, thanks a lot for giving feedback on that !
I wanted percussion to blend in and enhance immersion by trying to evoke sounds that could be present in that kind of scene. So I made a custom kit and tinkered a lot with volume, FX and low/high pass filters for every sample. Then played the beat by hand on my MIDI keyboard to get a feel for it and put some accents, until I got it right. Finally had a last pass where I added or removed certain hits and tinkered manually with MIDI velocity on some of them.
It's not something I have a lot of experience with, wasn't sure how it would sound to an external ear, so I'm glad it worked for you haha.
