Can you give me more details on what got replaced in the TF? like is it the initial TF, chatting with Kira, an ending?

I 1st got the chicken tf then went and got the fossil to trigger the 1st dragon tf stage. I'm unsure if this works on other tfs
Pony ladder fixed for the next update. looking into dragon chicken.
