After doing it with minotaurs or lamia, their scales and fur cannot be picked up
Did you checked your inventory wasn't full?
Yes, was below 10 units in pouch, didn't even give an option to pick them up.
Oh I see, it's on my todo to fix but basically you have to step on them again, cause they only appear when you enter their trigger zone.
