When was the last time you played?

Locate the original folder: Check %LOCALAPPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Arvus Games\Starmaker Story.
Alternative location: If the first location does not exist, try looking in %LOCALAPPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Arvus Games\. There may be a folder named Starmaker Story 1.3B for example instead.
Back up your files: Make a copy of your save.json file and store it in a safe, separate location just in case of an error.
Create the new folder: Manually create the full path LocalLow\Arvus Games\Starmaker Story if it does not already exist.
Transfer the save file: Copy the save.json file from its original location (e.g., in the Starmaker Story 1.3B folder) into the newly created Starmaker Story folder.

You might just have an easier time just starting a new game though if you have not played in sometime
