I have the same issue until i see there was a serving tray in the pics, you can grab it in the kitchen.

how do you fufill the order?
You need to :- take the tray in the kitchen- click on a customer, click on what they want in the kitchen- then give it to them by clicking on client
Yeah, that would have been nice to explain in the help section.
