Which version is this? I don't remember this message appearing on the Unreal version. If it is, you could try the latest Steam Early Access version. You should be able to get into the menu there at least. But in any case, I would recommend getting a better GPU or Laptop with more memory. Because even if you can launch it eventually, it will run like shit.
