It's in Italian but not in Spanish, which is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world. If you add Spanish subtitles, I'll recommend the game to my friends and subscribe to your Patreon.

Hi Jeri, I’d really like to translate my game into other languages, like Spanish, French, and Russian. Unfortunately, I don’t know those languages well enough, so if I tried to translate everything using only AI it would end up being pretty rough.
But if I ever find someone who could help me with the translation, I’d get started right away! :)
The main problem I see is that there are several automatic translators, like ZenPy or Paloslios's, that work perfectly in 90% of Ren'Py games, but I don't know why (since I'm no expert) it doesn't work in yours. If you translate from English to Spanish, when you enter the game it's in Italian, and if you then translate from Italian to Spanish it's back in English. It's a shame because those translators are practically just a matter of pressing a button and enjoying the game.
