The main problem I see is that there are several automatic translators, like ZenPy or Paloslios's, that work perfectly in 90% of Ren'Py games, but I don't know why (since I'm no expert) it doesn't work in yours. If you translate from English to Spanish, when you enter the game it's in Italian, and if you then translate from Italian to Spanish it's back in English. It's a shame because those translators are practically just a matter of pressing a button and enjoying the game.
