I actually worked on this today, and in the next update you'll be able to ask her to move to any structure/named zone on the plots you've unlocked.
Interesting. So under that logic, could two (or more if it's the snake sisters) be living in the same flat? In my game the MC/Mirel/Ros are all 'together', but only Mirel stays at the MC's place.
