I did not see Tino's car as an option however I have not been able to continue Tion's quests as I keep getting turned away at the door so not sure how to continue his quest either.
Yeah, Tino's wrecked car is a Patreon exclusif content, but I totaly miss the point with other common cars. That's a mistake I made.
