The lvl 2 upgrades don't seem to give any extra stats
Do you mean the grubkin's level? It should add 1 to max HP and damage for each level up. We'll double check that it's working correctly.
I mean the lvl 2 upgrades on the talent tree (the ones that use 2 talent points)
