Yeah, Mac can be picky like that + RPG Maker MV is not officially supported on newer Mac platforms

Try using the FAQ post
It's not that it's quarantined. It tells me NWJS is not compatible with this version. A dev gave me a different NWJS file which corrected the issue with their game.
