What an awesome idea, and quite the unique experience. The game has a lot of potential, just needs a little more levels.
For feedback I would suggest making a super simple tutorial level, to explain what to do in the game. I had to leave and read in the description. Sounded fun and tried it again.
Another thing is I would play some ambient music when the video is playing and pause the music when moving objects on the level. It would really add up to the whole game feel(at least in my opinion).
