Is blood and gore not implemented yet? It's just, haven't noticed the settings change anything

For the moment you can only spawn blood with the cheat code: "/cheat_sang"
Type it in the chat menu.

Oh ya that's probably it, I'm broke AF so I'm on the latest public version 0.4.4.3? Nowhere near my computer right now so probably be not until tomorrow that I can check
