Yes it supported but you need a high end computer sadly :/ You can lower the graphics qualify in settings so that will be better to play

For work the game need be installed on your computer, but you can play VR using quest 2. You should have app or cable for do that. You can look about "how play PC VR game in quest" on Google, I don't have quest 2 so I can't test on my side.
