So this is what I was thinking. How about when the main story line is complete? Currently, I am thinking about difficulty settings and one way to do that is to introduce patients that have mutations that could make it very challenging for Claire to deal with (eg. mega-disgusting-person mutation that dramatically lowers mood of Claire)
Right now let's just assume that Claire is on birth control, but then after the main story line, we start to see some mutations that which renders birth control effectively useless. How do you guys feel about that?
So it's not gonna be a game-over, which is a nice touch, could be optional cus despite me being a freak i understand some people just aren't into that, but it opens up a few more questions like, will Claire 'extract samples' whilst pregnant? Will she give birth willingly to their patient's children? Considering it's gonna be endgame content, will she give up the children to adoption or will she take care of every single one that will inevitably come? I have some opinions, but i'm sure you'll need to speak with more people to gather more feedback about these things.
