Version 1.2.2 of Benefitship just addressed some minor bugs. There's no need to download it again unless you encounter issues with 1.2.0.
As for the criticisms we're addressing for the sequel, it's mainly things like the abrupt ending, some of the sex scenes lacking passion, the big timeskips, and a lack of unique CGs. If all goes well, the sequel won't have those issues.
Benefitship: The Hallowed Wiener is a fully-fletched sequel, so it wouldn't make much sense to make her smaller. That being said, there were a few times in the first game where she was a lot thicker than intended, which made certain scenes look off. We're hoping to keep that more consistent in the sequel here.
